- Cardiff JDR Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join a growing business based in Cardiff .

Salary £32,000
- £35,000 basic OTE up to £43,000 Company vehicle Electronic devices provided The Role As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business, building lasting customer relationships, and identifying tailored solutions for commercial clients.
Key responsibilities: Proactively generating new business through business visits, cold calling, networking and prospecting.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
Preparing quotations, negotiating contracts and closing sales.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Developing a portfolio of repeat business.
Keeping up to date with market trends and industry developments.
What We're Looking For Previous experience in field sales, telesales or business development.
Confident in cold calling, face-to-face sales and business development.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially aware.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
A positive, resilient attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
