Field Service Engineer, £35,000 - £40,000, Days, 8am till 4pm (flexible on 9 hours a day). Company van (Personal use), fuel card, door to door rate, overtime available at x1.5 and x2, 25 days holiday + bank holidays (including a day off for your birthday and Christmas Eve), pension, health insurance The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a UK manufacturer and service provider of industrial & laboratory weighing solutions. My clients have a proven track record offering high-quality engineering services and manufacturing across Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, Manufacturing and Logistics markets.  The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be in a customer facing role. key responsibilities include: Performing calibrations, service and maintenance on a range of weighing and measurement equipment. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing clear solutions to the customer. Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO 17025 standards. Build strong, professional relationships with clients. Maintain accurate service records, certificates and documentation. The Person We’re Looking For To succeed in this role as a Field Service Engineer, you’ll need: Experience in basic calibrations, service and maintenance on a range of weighing and measurement equipment Be able to problem solve and use initiative - Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing clear solutions to the customer Have strong customer facing skills Understand compliance with ISO9001 and ISO 17025 standards Be able to maintain accurate service records, certificates and documentation This is an ideal role for a Field Service Engineer who wants to develop their career in a stable, well-backed company with real progression and training opportunities.
