Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs both on-site and remotely. Providing technical support and guidance to customers. Producing accurate service reports and documentation. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with quality standards. Building strong customer relationships by delivering an exceptional level of service. Travelling throughout the UK and overseas to customer sites, including occasional overnight stays. About You We're looking for a motivated engineer who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. Essential HNC in an Engineering discipline or equivalent practical engineering experience. Full UK driving licence. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK and internationally. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Desirable Experience with gas analysers, emissions monitoring (CEMS), process instrumentation or environmental monitoring equipment. Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) experience. Previous experience within industries such as power generation, oil & gas, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals or heavy manufacturing. CCNSG Safety Passport or CSCS Card.
