Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Field Service Engineer you'll be the face of the business, providing first-class aftersales support to customers and helping keep some of the UK's most advanced buses operating safely and efficiently. Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using industry diagnostic equipment and technical manuals · Providing technical support directly to customers on-site · Identifying root causes and feeding valuable technical information back to the engineering team · Estimating repairs and supporting the Parts & Service team · Promoting service solutions and genuine parts where appropriate · Working closely with Regional Service Managers and customer workshops · Travelling between customer sites and occasionally attending factory training or supporting other locations when required Field Service Engineer - Commercial Vehicle, Transportation We're looking for someone who enjoys getting hands-on, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping customers.
