Field Service Engineer - Mechanical Location: Regional Field-Based Role Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 + £2,000 Travel Bonus OTE: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time The Company Interaction Technical is working in partnership with a well-established specialist engineering business that provides installation, maintenance, and repair services for mechanical equipment across a range of industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join their expanding service team. This position offers extensive training, excellent earning potential, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive engineering environment. What's on Offer • £37,000 - £40,000 basic salary • £2,000 annual travel bonus • Average earnings of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum • Door-to-door pay • Overtime available to boost earnings • Monday - Friday working hours (08:00 - 17:00) • 23 days annual leave + bank holidays • Company vehicle, tools, and equipment provided • Full training on all equipment and systems • Genuine long-term career progression opportunities • Supportive and established engineering team The Role As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of specialist mechanical equipment at customer sites. Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team, you will carry out planned maintenance, fault-finding, breakdown repairs, and commissioning activities, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
