Job Title - Field Service Supervisor Location - Must be commutable to West Brom but covering from London to Chester Salary: £39,000 - £44,000 Shift: Monday to Friday - Office Hours Job Role: We're recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor / Pump Engineer to join a specialist engineering business, overseeing high-value pump projects for major clients. This is a 50% hands-on / 50% leadership role, managing a team of four Pump Engineers while remaining technically involved on site. Around 90% of your time will be spent at client sites, with no regular overnight stays. Sector - Pump Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of Field Service Supervisor: Pump Engineering Experience Essential requirements of Field Service Supervisor: Engineering Qualification Previous supervisory/ leadership experience Strong customer-facing and organisational skills. Need to hold a Full UK driving license.
