Youll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community, and key internal teams.Responsibilities as a Final Mile Territory ManagerOwn service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)Ensure consistent, compliant, on-time parcel flow and courier coverageAnalyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risksBuild strong relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams, and unionsLead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiencyDrive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operationsTo Be Successful in This Role You Will Require the FollowingQualifications:Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)Knowledge & Experience:Knowledge of the self-employed courier modelPrevious experience working in a customer-focused industry within a fast-paced operational roleStrong planning and organisational experienceTechnical & People Skills:Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectivelyAbility to empower teams with xkybehq appropriate oversight and support recruitment/interview activity when requiredStrong communicator across a dispersed workforceIT proficient, including experience with digital dashboardsInterested?
