Our well-established client based in Bewdley is looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their friendly finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience who is looking to develop their career within a successful and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising and processing customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing the accounts receivable ledger and chasing outstanding payments where required
- Producing and issuing monthly customer statements
- Carrying out daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Preparing and processing supplier payment runs
- Assisting with cash allocation and resolving account queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity
- Supporting the wider finance team with month-end processes and other ad hoc finance duties
About You
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
