This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join a well-regarded, close-knit school finance function, with variety across purchase ledger, fees ledger, and wider finance support.

The Details

• Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 FTE
• Part-time, 20-24 hours per week (flexibly structured to suit the successful candidate's preference)
• Hybrid working, based at the school's offices in Summertown, Oxford

The Role

This is a key role responsible for supporting the Senior Finance Officer with all aspects of Finance, including Accounts Payable and Receivable, delivering efficient partnering and support to the school community. Key deliverables include:

• Purchase Ledger: ensuring the smooth running of the Purchase Ledger including:
  • Monitoring the AP
  • Ensuring all incoming invoices are correctly coded in the finance
  • Ensuring all invoices are appropriately
  • Reviewing monthly supplier statements and obtaining the required information to ensure accurate records and timely payments to suppliers.
