When you're a Finance Business Partner who thrives on getting out to see people on site, you get to do some of that during your working day.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit at Head Office emailing spreadsheets to Operations.
You'll spend
3-4 days a week out in the business , partnering Operations Managers across multiple sites: understanding what's happening, challenging where necessary and helping them improve performance. The business is a c.£300m national foodservice operation with ambitious growth plans, creating future opportunity. You'll own the financial relationship with your sites, covering: KPIs, weekly reporting and management accounts Budgets, forecasts and variance analysis Operational costs and efficiencies Capex proposals and business cases Site P&Ls Turning numbers into something Operations can actually use It's a
standalone role , so there's no team to manage. We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships
and provide some challenge , rather than simply going through the motions. You'll probably be qualified
CIMA/ACCA/ACA or QBE , with solid management accounting foundations and commercial business partnering experience. Your background could be
FMCG, foodservice, distribution, logistics ; anywhere fast-paced, operational, multi-site and cost-conscious. You'll also need to genuinely enjoy being out with the business. The travel isn't an occasional inconvenience.

When you're not on site, you can work from home. £50,000-£55,000 + car allowance, pension 25 days' holiday, with the option to buy 5 more
