I am supporting a leading global insurance group who are hiring a Finance Manager to join the London team. The role focusses on the EMEA region in a fast-paced, growing business at a genuinely exciting point in their journey.

Your new role

Key responsibilities include:

• Production and review of monthly management accounts and reporting packs.

Partnering with regional finance teams across Europe to analyse financial performance and key business metrics.

Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.

Assisting with the production of statutory accounts and group reporting requirements.

Cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and working capital reporting.

Driving finance transformation, process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives.

Supporting internal controls, governance and SOX readiness projects.

Producing ad-hoc financial analysis to support commercial decision-making.

Managing and developing junior members of the finance team.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting expertise and experience operating within a complex international business environment.

You will ideally possess:

• Significant post-qualified finance experience.

Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards, including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.

Experience of group reporting, management accounting and financial planning processes.

Knowledge of internal controls and governance frameworks, ideally including SOX.

Experience working across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.

Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.

Previous exposure to insurance, financial services or large corporate environments would be advantageous.
