Finance Manager Redcar (Hybrid - 3 days on site and 2 days at home) £50,000 - £60,000 Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a growing, exciting business in their recruitment of a Finance Manager located in Redcar. The Finance Manager will take the lead on the day to day ownership of the finance function, ensuring the business has accurate accounts, disciplined controls, dependable cash visibility and commercially useful reporting. Duties and responsibilities include: * Own the monthly management accounts process. * producing clear monthly commentary covering performance against budget, forecast and prior periods. * Supports year-end accounts, audit and tax compliance, coordinating information for external advisors. * Maintain a reliable short term cashflow forecast and support the FD with longer-range working capital planning. * Oversee daily cash reporting, customer collections, supplier commitments and payment planning. * Manage the financial administration and reconciliation of the invoice finance facility, including availability, reserves, uploads and lender queries. * Support pricing, investment and operational decisions with clear financial analysis and scenario modelling. * Help build budgets, forecasts and performance dashboards aligned to the drivers of the business. * Maintain appropriate VAT records and support timely, accurate VAT and other statutory submissions wi...
