I am currently working on a Finance Paralegal role for a leading US Law Firm who are looking for a new Paralegal to join their expanding team which is continuing to go from strength to strength this year with a number of Partner hires. This is a firm that works with a real range of clients but has a particular focus on tech clients and work with some of the largest public companies in the world. The role would be working across CLO's, Asset Based Securitisations and Private Credit Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the execution and closing of finance transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing transaction documents, including offering circulars, loan agreements, and security documents.
• Conducting legal research and due diligence on counterparties and underlying assets.
• Coordinating with clients, trustees, arrangers, and other transaction parties.
• Managing condition precedent and post-closing checklists.

Requirements:

• Previous paralegal experience in finance, banking, or capital markets.
• Strong academic background, ideally with a law degree or GDL/LPC. xwzovoh
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
