ABOUT THE ROLE
We're recruiting an experienced Financial Administrator to join a growing independent financial planning firm based in beautiful countryside near Maidstone. This is a genuine career opportunity with a clear pathway to becoming a Junior Paraplanner.
You'll work across administration and paraplanning duties, supporting a small team of experienced advisers. The role offers dedicated mentorship, study support, and the chance to progress toward professional qualifications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Client administration and case management
- Preparing financial planning documentation and suitability reports
- Supporting the adviser team with research and technical queries
- Database management and compliance administration
- Gradually taking on paraplanning projects under supervision
- Contributing to client meetings and planning sessions
