This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving financial performance, supporting business growth, and providing commercial insight to the senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will lead the finance function, oversee financial strategy, and play a key role in shaping the long-term success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to support business growth.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the senior leadership team.
- Monitor financial performance and provide commercial analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, financial controls and risk management processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards and internal governance.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
