Finishing manager - School project

Finishing Manager – School Project | Brixton We are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a main contractor on a school project in Brixton. The role will focus on driving the project through its final stages, closing out the remaining areas and ensuring a top-class finish is achieved across the school. You will take ownership of snagging, quality, subcontractor coordination and final close-out, working to a strict handover date. The ideal candidate will have strong finishing experience on commercial or education projects, excellent attention to detail and the ability to drive trades and subcontractors to deliver against tight deadlines. Must have a CSCS, SMSTS and valid 3 day First Aid Immediate start preferred
