Commissioning Engineer Northolt / London & Southeast Sites £45,000£50,000 DOE Company Van Fuel Card Healthcare Are you an experienced Life Safety/Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer looking to join a well-established and growing business working on high-profile residential and commercial projects across London and the Southeast? We are a long-standing family-run business specialising in Security, Fire, Door Entry, Access Control and Data System solutions for high-rise developments, new builds and occupied residential sites.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and technically skilled engineer to join our commissioning team.

This is a field-based role offering excellent long-term stability, varied projects, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to work with leading security technologies and manufacturers.

Perform system testing, fault finding, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Ensure all systems are installed and commissioned in line with industry standards and client requirements.

Work closely with installation teams, project managers, and clients during project delivery.

Provide on-site and remote technical support where required.

Deliver system training and handover documentation to clients.

Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities and system configurations.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times Adhoc duties as required Systems & Technologies You will ideally have experience working with some of the following: Fire Alarm Evacuation Alert Emergency Voice Communication Toilet Alarm systems Integrated Life Safety Systems Manufacturers may include: Advanced Apollo C-Tec Morley What we are looking for to be our Commissioning Engineer: Proven experience as a Commissioning Engineer within the Life Safety Industry Strong experience with leading fire alarm systems Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently Strong communication and customer-facing skills Full UK driving licence Experience with fire alarms, life safety is essential.

Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm Field-based across London and the Southeast with occasional visits to the Northolt office. xwzovoh
