Fire Extinguisher Technician

A well-established fire safety specialist is looking for an experienced Fire Extinguisher Technician to join their growing team covering Birmingham and the surrounding areas. The successful Fire Extinguisher Technician will have a minimum of 4 years' experience within the fire extinguisher industry and will be confident carrying out servicing, maintenance, installation and remedial works across a range of commercial sites. The Fire Extinguisher Technician's Role The Fire Extinguisher Technician will be responsible for: Servicing and maintaining portable fire extinguishers in line with BS 5306 Installing and commissioning new fire extinguishers Completing extinguisher surveys and identifying remedial requirements Advising clients on suitable extinguisher types and positioning Completing service reports and relevant compliance documentation Managing their own diary and travelling across Birmingham and surrounding areas Providing a professional service to commercial clients The Fire Extinguisher Technician The successful Fire Extinguisher Technician will ideally have: A minimum of 4 years' fire extinguisher servicing experience BAFE or equivalent recognised extinguisher training Strong knowledge of BS 5306 Experience working across commercial environments A full UK driving licence Good customer service and communication skills The ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload In Return?
