Fire protection site manager

As the Passive Fire Site Manager, you will be: Managing passive fire projects from mobilisation through to completion Leading and managing site teams, subcontractors and contractors Overseeing fire stopping, compartmentation and fire door works Carrying out regular site inspections, quality checks and snagging Ensuring compliance with relevant fire safety standards, regulations and project specifications Managing project programmes and monitoring progress against deadlines Liaising with clients, contractors and other key stakeholders Managing site documentation, reports and project records Ensuring all passive fire works are completed to a high standard and handed over correctly Passive Fire Site Manager qualifications / experience: Previous experience managing passive fire projects Strong knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation and/or fire doors Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and external contractors Strong understanding of passive fire regulations, standards and best practice Experience conducting xkybehq quality inspections, audits and snagging SMSTS qualification Fire safety or passive fire-related qualification desirable Strong understanding of RAMS and health & safety requirements As the Passive Fire Site Manager, you will receive: £Performance bonus Car allowance or company vehicle Family private healthcare Company pension Hybrid working 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays Career progression and support
