TheRole
AsLeadFireRiskAssessor,youwillundertakeandleadlifesafetyfireriskassessmentsacrossabroadrangeofpremiseswhileprovidingtechnicaloversight,qualityassurance,mentoring,andguidancetothewiderassessmentteam.
Youwillplayakeyroleinensuringfireriskassessmentsarecompletedtothehigheststandardsofaccuracy,professionalism,andcompliance.
KeyResponsibilities
Conductcomprehensivelifesafetyfireriskassessments.
Leadoncomplex,higher-risk,andtechnicallychallengingprojects.
Produceclear,practical,andcompliantfireriskassessmentreports.
Reviewandqualityassuretheworkofotherassessors.
Actasatechnicalpointofreferenceforcomplexfiresafetyissues.
Supportcompetencyreviews,witnessedassessments,andtechnicalaudits.
MentoranddevelopFireRiskAssessorswithintheteam.
Assistwithcertificationauditsandcomplianceactivities.
Provideprofessionalfiresafetyadviceandguidance.
Buildandmaintainstrongclientrelationships.
