We are seeking a Fire Safety (Regulation) Manager to lead the safe management of a portfolio of high-risk residential buildings. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking housing service and drive compliance with the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act and associated regulatory requirements. The Role As Fire Safety (Regulation) Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing fire and building safety compliance across high-risk residential buildings. Developing and maintaining Building Safety Cases and the Golden Thread of information. Leading resident engagement programmes and ensuring two-way communication on safety matters. Managing fire safety strategies, compliance programmes and remediation activity. Working closely with regulators, emergency services and internal stakeholders. Supporting investment programmes to ensure buildings remain compliant and safe to occupy.
