This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of essential fire risk assessment works across a varied property portfolio, helping to ensure residents’ homes remain safe, compliant and maintained to high standards. Working within the Asset and Sustainability directorate, you will oversee designated fire risk assessment actions and make sure works are completed correctly and within prescribed timescales. The role combines surveying, technical analysis, contractor management and site inspection, so it will suit someone equally comfortable reviewing specifications, inspecting completed work and keeping multiple stakeholders informed. The role You will manage designated fire risk assessment tasks, monitoring progress and taking prompt action where deadlines or standards are at risk. You will liaise with Fire Authorities and oversee the completion of passive fire safety actions arising from Notices of Deficiencies.
