Fire Safety Surveyor Location: Horsham, with travel across the organisation’s regional patch Contract: Permanent Hours: To be confirmed Salary/package: £55,346 plus £1,800 Essential Car User Allowance, giving a £57,146 package before mileage Working arrangement: Hybrid, with site travel as required Start date: ASAP A housing provider is looking for a Fire Safety Surveyor to support the delivery of safe, well-maintained homes across its property portfolio. This role sits within the fire safety team and focuses on ensuring fire risk assessment works are progressed properly, completed within agreed timescales and delivered to the required statutory and regulatory standards. This is a role where the work has a clear purpose. You will be helping to make sure residents, leaseholders and wider stakeholders receive a reliable service, while also supporting the organisation’s responsibilities around fire safety, compliance and property standards.
