Fire & Security Engineer Location: Leicester, with travel across the Midlands Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + overtime, travel & call-out payments Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are currently working with a well-established client who is looking for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer based in Leicester or the surrounding areas, with responsibility for servicing, maintaining, installing and commissioning fire and security systems across the Midlands. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, small works, installation, commissioning and reactive call-outs on a range of fire and security systems at commercial and client sites throughout the region. The role will involve: * Servicing and maintaining fire alarm and security systems * Carrying out small works and system modifications * Installing new fire and security systems * Commissioning and testing newly installed systems * Diagnosing and resolving faults * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works * Attending customer call-outs when required * Completing service reports and relevant documentation * Providing a professional and customer-focused service * Travelling across the Midlands as required The Package * Basic salary up to £40,000 * Excellent opportunity to increase ...
