Job Summary Fire & Security Service Engineer Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (Negotiable depending on experience) Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent We are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a growing and well-established fire and security business operating across the South of England. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team delivering high-quality servicing and maintenance to commercial and residential customers. The successful candidate will have experience working across a range of fire and electronic security systems and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high technical standards. Key Responsibilities : * Service and maintain fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control systems, automated gates and barriers. * Carry out planned preventative maintenance in line with industry standards and manufacturer recommendations. * Diagnose, fault-find and repair system issues efficiently. * Complete service reports and all associated documentation accurately. * Provide technical advice and support to customers when required. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a professional approach. * Keep up to date with current industry regulations, standards and emerging technologies. * Participate in an emergency out-of-hours call-out rota. * Travel to customer sites as...
