Ready to turn sweat into smiles and workouts into community? We are looking for a high-energy Fitness Class Instructor to inspire our members, build an inclusive community, and deliver unforgettable group exercise experiences.
What You Will Do Inspire and Energise: Lead safe, high-quality, and engaging group fitness sessions.
Own the Timetable: Commit to a permanent weekly slot and provide flexible holiday/sickness cover.
Welcome Everyone: Adapt exercises for all fitness levels to create an inclusive environment.
Coach with Clarity: Provide expert demonstrations, teaching techniques, and proper warm-ups/cool-downs.
Drive Excellence: Maintain high energy, gather member feedback, and deliver exceptional customer service. [ 1 , 2 ]
What You Need to Bring Qualified Expertise: Certified and qualified to teach specialised fitness classes.
Versatile Skills: Ability to teach formats like Cycling, BoxFit, Pump, LBT, Yoga, Pilates, or Circuits.
Proactive Growth: Committed to maintaining your CPD and staying ahead of industry trends.
Team Player Attitude: Ready to collaborate with IEG colleagues, attend meetings, and complete training.
Great Communication: Natural ability to connect effectively with both members and staff. [ 1 ]
