Fleet Administration & Workshop Support (Cardiff)

Veolia in Cardiff is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our team. This role involves resolving invoicing queries, providing administrative support, raising and receipting purchase orders, and helping the workshop with parts stock.

You will input job card data from technicians onto the fleet system so depots are charged correctly, communicate effectively with suppliers and internal customers, and manage legal documentation such as Tacho, MOT and LOLER Certification.
