  • Identify opportunities for appeals and manage the appeals process where appropriate.
  • Ensure notices are paid within deadlines to avoid additional charges.
  • Monitor outstanding PCNs and ensure timely follow‑up.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes.
  • Produce reports highlighting key findings, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement initiatives that reduce PCN volumes and associated costs.
  • Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders to improve compliance and reduce future PCNs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Personal Qualities

  • Proactive and solution‑focused approach.
  • High levels of accuracy and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
