What youll do
Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.This role requires flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with colleagues while also being confident in taking the lead and working independently with customers when needed.
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
Flexible Bank Work across both Outreach and Residential services in Cornwall supporting people with a range vulnerabilities and support needs.

The practical bits
Depending on which service you agree to work in will depend what hours you work. This could be Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) or weekend or evening shifts (whichever suits you as we have a variety of different services).
To work flexibly across North/East Cornwall in residential (Homeless, ASC) or Outreach Services. This could be in Bude, Launceston, Saltash, Liskeard or Outreach covering the surrounding areas.
Office base location for this role is Launceston or Liskeard.
Mileage will be paid from base location for any travel within work time.
You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), well pay for any business mileage
