Shift patterns: * Set shift patterns of 3x Day shift, 2x off, 2x night shift, 3x off. * Please note that shift patterns may vary based on operational demand. 12.71 GBP hourly. Essential requirements for Production Operative Grade 1: * Previous manufacturing or production experience. * Experience working with mechanical equipment. * Ability to work a rotating shift pattern including days and nights. Desirable requirements for Production Operative Grade 1: * BTEC National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * Experience working with special purpose machinery and high-speed manufacturing environments. * Role for Production Operative Grade 1: * Ensure maximum effectiveness of all paper product manufacturing equipment. * Work effectively within a team to maximise production output.
