We are looking for a dedicated Floating Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support to individuals across dispersed accommodation in the Harlow and Epping area
Location: Harlow / EppingHours: 35hrs/weekContract: Temporary, with potential for permanent employmentRequirement: Full UK driving licence
About the Role
The role will involve working with referral agencies, developing effective support and safety plans, and empowering service users to achieve their goals and develop the skills needed for independent living.
Key Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with referral agencies to support new referrals into the service
- Develop and deliver tailored support and safety plans for service users
- Maintain regular contact with service users in line with contractual requirements
- Support individuals to identify and achieve their personal goals
- Develop independent living skills, including support with domestic tasks and daily living
- Ensure properties are well maintained and comply with relevant support agreements
- Support effective rent collection and minimise void periods
