Flood & Coastal Principal Project Manager Location: Bournemouth - Hybrid. 2 days a week (Wednesday a must onsite) Pay: £40.04 per hour | Contract:18 months - Ends February 2028 Valid driving licence and personal vehicle owned. About the role We are seeking an experienced Flood & Coastal Principal Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex and high-profile flood and coastal projects and programmes across the South West. You will provide senior project leadership, overseeing governance, delivery, risk, resources, procurement and budgets. You will work with senior stakeholders, local government partners, consultants and contractors to deliver successful outcomes and provide assurance to senior decision-makers. Key responsibilities Lead complex projects and programmes from development through to delivery. Establish and maintain strong governance, reporting and assurance arrangements. Manage budgets, procurement, risks, issues, resources and programme interdependencies. Lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors. Influence senior stakeholders and support organisational change. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and CDM Client duties.
