Key Responsibilities Installation of PolySafe, vinyl and lino flooring to a high standard. Fitting Cap & Cove flooring systems. Carrying out flooring works within wet rooms. Completing responsive repairs and planned maintenance flooring works. Working in occupied and void social housing properties. Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company standards.Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Floor Layer within social housing, domestic maintenance or a similar environment.
