FLT Counterbalance / Dispatch

CareerMakers Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced FLT Counterbalance / Dispatch Operative to join a busy food production environment on a night shift basis. This role offers a 50/50 split between FLT Counterbalance duties and Dispatch responsibilities, ideal for candidates who enjoy a hands-on and varied warehouse role within a fast-paced setting. Duties will include: * Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently * Loading and unloading deliveries * Moving stock and finished goods across warehouse and production areas * Preparing and checking orders for dispatch * Completing dispatch paperwork accurately * Ensuring products are correctly labelled and ready for shipment * Supporting stock control and warehouse organisation * Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times The Ideal Candidate: * Holds a valid Counterbalance FLT licence * Has previous warehouse, dispatch, or food production experience * Works well in a fast-paced environment * Has good attention to detail and organisational skills * Is reliable and flexible with a positive attitude * Can work independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer: * £12.85 per hour * Ongoing full-time work * Permanent night shifts 18:00-06:00 with shifts agreed to suit you . * Supportive working environment * Opportunity for long-term employment
