FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: HarlowJob Type: Ongoing Temporary Work

Shift Patterns Available:

• Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
• Fixed night shift: 10pm-6am (All shifts are 8 hours, Monday to Friday)

We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Harlow. This is an excellent opportunity offering flexible shift options, consistent hours, and long-term ongoing work, with additional weekend overtime available for those who want it.

• Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move stock throughout the warehouse
• Support general warehouse duties when required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Proven experience in a similar forklift role
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to commit to either rotating shifts (AM/PM) or a fixed night shift
• Safety boots required (all other PPE provided)
