FLT Counterbalance Driver/ Picker

Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a team of experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a busy operation in Stourport on a seasonal basis. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role involving both FLT driving and picking duties. The role will involve working outdoors, so candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions. Key Responsibilities * Loading and unloading deliveries * Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently * Working on a picking line * Moving and handling stock * Working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Following all health and safety procedures Requirements * Valid Counterbalance FLT licence * Previous FLT experience preferred * Comfortable working outdoors * Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Able to work rotating shifts What’s on Offer * £13.50 per hour * Seasonal work * Rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm * Fast-paced working environment * Opportunity to gain further warehouse and FLT experience
