If you're ready to take the next step in your warehouse career with a company that values reliability, teamwork, and growth — this could be the perfect opportunity for you.   Shift Pattern (Full-Time) Monday to Friday  14:00 - 22:00 Pay Rate Standard Rate: £13.70 per hour   Your Role As a FLT Counterbalance Driver, you’ll play a vital part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Operating FLT Counterbalance Truck trucks efficiently to move stock across the warehouse Order picking, sorting, stacking, and conducting quality checks Safely transporting goods to designated storage locations Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any issues Supporting with general warehouse duties as required  What We’re Looking For External FLT Counterbalance Truck licence preferred  Willingness to complete an assessment or refresher training if needed Previous experience operating FLT Counterbalance Truck in a warehouse or distribution centre Good level of English communication skills  What You’ll Get in Return Long-term, stable employment Opportunity for temp-to-perm contract Free tea and coffee on-site Pension scheme  Ready to Get Started?
