to be considered for this role. The Role
As an FLT Operator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring stock is moved safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and health & safety. Key Responsibilities
Operating Reach, Counterbalance or Bendi (Flexi) trucks safely and efficiently. Loading, unloading and moving stock throughout the warehouse. Picking, storing and replenishing products. Supporting general warehouse duties when required. Accurately recording stock movements. Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and warehouse policies. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Working effectively as part of a busy warehouse team. What We're Looking For
Essential
Valid, in-date
FLT Reach, Counterbalance or Bendi (Flexi) licence . Previous experience operating FLT equipment within a warehouse environment. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude with a strong commitment to safety. What's on Offer
