REACH TRUCK DRIVERS
ROTATING DAY SHIFTS (06.00am 14.00pm / 14.00pm 22.00pm)

We are looking for determined and accomplished individuals to join our teams on-site in Lichfield for GXO, on behalf of our customer Screwfix, working in a busy Warehouse environment, working on the Reach Truck.
You'll deliver KPI's both productively and accurately to ensure we deliver a seamless journey for our customer whilst maintaining a high level of Health & Safety within the Warehouse Operation.

About you:

• Must have previous experience/Licence for Reach FLT
• Working independently and as part of a team to achieve KPIs and targets effectively
• To understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service
• Worked in a fast-paced environment where a high-volume workload must be achieved
• Can show initiative and provide solutions to their team to work more effectively

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that you meet KPIs as set by Line Managers
• Timekeeping; Ensure punctuality / attendance and meet deadlines
• Along with driving the FLT, you may be working on the Low Level Order Pickers (LLOP / PPTs) Full training / licences will be provided
