Flt Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting FLT - Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client, a successful and growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent. The role will involve a combination of Forklift Truck (FLT) operations and general warehouse duties within a busy warehouse environment. * 07:00 – 15:00 * 15:00 – 23:00 * Additional shift pattern once fully trained The Role: As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including stock movement, deliveries, and general warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities: FLT Duties: * Safely operate forklift equipment for loading and unloading deliveries. * Move and store stock efficiently within the warehouse. * Support warehouse operations with stock handling and material movement. Warehouse Duties: * Receive and process incoming deliveries. * Complete stock checks and maintain accurate records. * Use warehouse systems to update stock and workflow information. * Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety. * Carry out general warehouse tasks as required. Requirements: * Valid FLT licence (essential). * Previous warehouse experience preferred. * Good computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good organisational skills and attention to detail. * Reliable, hardworking, and flexible approach to work.
