FMCG Project Lead | Continuous Improvement & Data

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment is seeking a Project Lead for a food manufacturing environment in Wrexham. You will manage multiple projects from inception to completion, driving continuous improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver KPI-driven results.

The role requires strong Excel and IT skills, experience handling concurrent projects, and knowledge of structured problem‑solving methods (5 Whys, Ishikawa, DMAIC, Six Sigma).
