FMCG Training & Onboarding Coordinator

FBC UK in Edinburgh bakery is seeking an organised Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate and track training for weekly paid employees, ensuring safety and effectiveness. You will manage onboarding through to competency sign-off, maintain training records, monitor compliance, and drive development plans in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires collaborating with managers and operations, delivering updated reports to stakeholders, and ensuring training programmes meet
