Food and Bar Manager

We're looking for a Bar Manager who genuinely loves leading a team and creating brilliant experiences for guests. You'll run our show bar operation, managing everything from scheduling and budgets to coaching and developing your team. Motivate and coach your team to deliver brilliant experiences whilst managing performance and supporting their growth Create a welcoming atmosphere, address concerns, and drive service improvements Handle scheduling, budgets, resources, and cellar management efficiently Support development: Mentor your team and create growth opportunities Experience in roles such as Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or a similar leadership position in Food & Beverage?
