Food Factory Operations Leader

Avondale Foods in Northern Ireland seeks a Factory Manager to run daily manufacturing operations, meet production targets, ensure food safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement for productivity and cost control.

You will lead production teams, manage resources, ensure HACCP/GMP compliance, monitor KPIs, and partner with engineering and QA to deliver safe, compliant products.
