We are currently recruiting for a temporary Food Production Operative to join a busy food production team based in Medway Towns.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and comfortable working in a chilled food production environment. Following a successful 12-week period, there may be the opportunity for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing, slicing and packing meat products
- Working within a chilled production environment
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Carrying out lifting and manual handling duties where required
- Following all company health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Working Monday-Thursday and Friday - no weekends.
Full PPE is provided, including safety boots.
Requirements- Comfortable handling meat products
- Able to work in a cold/chiller environment
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling and lifting
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential
