Job Details Job Title: Production Operative Location: Chippenham, SN15 Pay Rate: £13.06 per hour Shift: 4 on / 4 off, 06:0018:00 Weekend Work: Yes, weekends are included as part of the shift pattern Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent The Role As a Production Operative, your main responsibilities will include: Unloading deliveries from suppliers and accurately recording traceability information Checking and putting away deliveries in designated areas Loading lorries ready for dispatch Organising and maintaining the warehouse to ensure it is always audit-ready Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised Following all hygiene, health and safety procedures Working as part of a team to ensure daily operational targets are met Carrying out any other reasonable duties required by the business What We're Looking For The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in a warehouse, production or similar environment Good attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment A calm and reliable approach, particularly when working under pressure A good understanding of workplace health and safety A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Whats in It for You? £13.06 per hour Regular 4 on / 4 off shift pattern On-site parking On-site canteen facilities Subsidised shuttle service available from Chippenham and Swindon Opportunity to access permanent vacancies Potential for the role to become permanent Interested?
