At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Food production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Ruskington. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. The role involves working as part of a team to maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality, while following site procedures and contributing to smooth operational performance.

Shift patterns:
* Working any 5 out of 7 days
* Starting times: 4:30 AM, 5:45 AM, or 6:00 AM
* Up to 10 hours per day

Pay rates:
* 13.29 GBP hourly
