Foodservice Manager – Fresh & Frozen Lead, Belfast

Musgrave Belfast marketplace is seeking a Foodservice Manager for Chill/Freeze to lead the fresh, frozen and foodservice departments. You will manage a team, execute promotions, ensure stock levels, and drive customer loyalty while upholding Musgrave standards.

The role includes a base salary with 10% store discount, bonus, wellbeing incentives, development plans, and pension. 38 hours per week across Monday to Sunday, with a focus on service excellence.
