CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for two foot mobile engineers to be based in commercial buildings in Central London on a temp ongoing basis. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance covering multiple buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance.  Hours of work / Information Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm Foot Mobile, covering 3-4 buildings Commercial and Residential  Based around zones 1 & 2 ( travel card provided ) Temporary ongoing £26p/h  Key duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests AHU / FCU's (Filter changes etc) Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motorsRequirements Electrically/Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 ...
