Job Reference: 1214 Job Title: Foot Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) Salary: £44,000 per annum Location: Zones 1 & 2 Piccadilly Circus, Soho, Kings Cross & Holborn Job Type: Technical / Engineering Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm Job Summary Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Foot Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our key clients team, covering a number of commercial sites across Central London. In this role, youll provide high-quality building services maintenance across multiple locations, supporting both established and newly acquired client sites. Youll be responsible for ensuring all facilities and building services are maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carrying out reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) Carrying out electrical and building services maintenance Supporting FCU servicing and emergency lighting testing Requirements NVQ / C&G Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent C&G 18 th edition Experience carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance 5 years experience in a similar position Right to work in the UK Whats on Offer £44,000 per annum Zones 1 & 2 Travel Card 22 days annual leave + bank holidays Overtime opportunities Company pension scheme If you live in and around the Central London area this could be the role for you.
